ISO-SEC Nigeria Limited also known as (ISO-SEC Switzerland) and ISO-SEC College of Professional Studies (Nigeria and United Kingdom) wish to clarify matters regarding our partnership with the International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland, as follows:

In 2017, ISO-SEC Nigeria Limited also known as ISO-SEC Switzerland, under the leadership of the late Nnamdi Okeke, entered into a partnership with the International Security Organization (ISO-KLG). This collaboration was designed solely for the purpose of providing advanced professional education and training for security professionals in Africa and around the world.

Following the demise of Mr. Nnamdi Okeke in July 2023, the promoter of International Security Organization (ISO-KLG) attempted to take over ISO-SEC but was vehemently resisted by the erstwhile management team leading to their eventual departure from the organization. However, in October 2023, a new leadership team emerged and ISO-SEC restructured it’s operations to meet international education standards and global recognition. Since then, ISO-SEC had attained significant recognitions and credibility worldwide. For example,

– In the United Kingdom, ISO-SEC College of Professional Studies is duly registered and recognized as a UK Learning Provider and as a Professional Membership organization (UKLP No.10096984)

– In Nigeria, ISO-SEC College of Professional Studies has secured the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education as a professional training institution. All these are in addition to many other credible partnerships with highly reputable institutions and Universities globally.

Misrepresentation by International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland and It’s promoters using our ISO-SEC registered trade name and trade mark.

Shortly after these milestones, the promoters of International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland again began to seek absolute control over ISO-SEC despite the fact that these institutions are Nigerian-owned and registered in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. It is also worthy to state that International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland and It’s promoters does not and has never made any financial or institutional investment in the growth of the ISO-SEC brand. The only relationship they had with ISO-SEC was the said partnership for the sole purpose of collaborative professional training and education only.

In early 2025, the promoter of International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland informed us that due to “Swiss Neutrality” he can no longer collaborate with ISO-SEC Nigeria and elsewhere. According to him, to avoid running into trouble with the Swiss Government, he opted out of our collaborative partnership. Thereafter, and unfortunately, he again began to make series of attempts to hijack and take outright control of the ISO-SEC brands.

We are, therefore, surprised to learn that he has resorted to cheap blackmail by publishing misleading claims on social media and on their website asserting ownership of ISO-SEC and mischaracterizing our organization as an “accreditation body”/Protocol rather than an education provider that it is and will continue to be.

Our Stand

We categorically state that these claims by International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland and It’s promoters are baseless, false and totally misleading.

ISO-SEC Nigeria Limited (trading as ISO-SEC Switzerland since inception) and ISO-SEC College of Professional Studies (Nigeria and UK) hereby completely disassociate ourselves from International Security Organization-ISO-KLG (registered in Switzerland), it’s promoters and their false publications on social media and elsewhere.

We wish to emphasize:

– That ISO-SEC remains a professional education provider and membership organization, recognized in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

– ISO-SEC has never been an accreditation body or protocol, and we reject attempts to misrepresent our mandate or status as such.

– To the best of our knowledge, the Government of Switzerland has not approved International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland or It’s promoters as an accreditation body, and there is no prove that there evidence that there is a body in Switzerland called ISO-SEC Switzerland, it is also important to note that existing Swiss laws does not grant such recognition to privately-owned institutions that do not operate as a University.

Public Advisory

We therefore urge the general public, our partners around the world, and professional colleagues to disregard any claims by International Security Organization-ISO-KLG registered in Switzerland and It’s promoters regarding ownership, accreditation, or authority over ISO-SEC or its related brands. These assertions are baseless, deceptive, and not supported by law or fact.

ISO-SEC stands firm in its mission to provide world-class professional education, training, and membership services in the field of security, safety, intelligence, and general law enforcement independently, lawfully, and with government recognition.

We will continue to strive for the best quality professional education, training, and certification programs for our students, partners and countries where we have legitimate operations.
